Gary L. Marsh is the Managing Director of Legal Writing and Research, Inc. Mr. Marsh began his legal career in 1976 as a law clerk to the senior partner in a California-based a.v. rated business transactional and litigation firm, and formally commenced the practice of law on January 7, 1981 after graduating cum laude from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles in June, 1980, with his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Mr. Marsh is rated AV Preeminent (4.5-to-5.0), with a personal rating of 5.0, by the highly respected Martindale-Hubbell© Client Review RatingsTM service. According to Martindale-Hubbell, which has been issuing attorney ratings for over 90 years, “AV Preeminent is a significant rating accomplishment – a testament to the fact that a lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence.”
